First sentence

Here's the first sentence for my NaNoWriMo novel:

In a hole in a ceiling there lived a Ninja.

Only 49,990 words to go. (w00t?)

  5. If you'll forgive the Pink Floyd reference you should name your ninja Gerald. (Because when I read that first line I pictured your ninja with fur, a tail, and cheeky wit ala Reepicheep).
